Our company had an excellent experience with Royal Petals ATL! Delivery was easy and on-time, and the entire design process was seamless. All expectations were exceeded. We will definitely be using Royal Petals for our future events in Atlanta!

I don’t have enough good words to express my experience with Royal Petals. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospital, unfortunately the doctor was not there upon the initial delivery day. Teneka informed me of this and instead of cancelling the order, she found a way to reach out to the doctor herself. She was very communicative and updated me every chance she got. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend getting your flowers from here!

Horrible experience!! I ordered flowers three days in advance of my daughter‘s birthday. I did this hoping that they would get in fresh flowers for her arrangement. I ordered an arrangement that was typically $48 but I upgraded to their premium package which was $118. My daughter received flowers that were dead and dying and looked like someone had put it together days in advance. Arrangements should be made with fresh flowers on the day of Delivery. These look like they were done by an apprentice who sent out their first attempt using flowers that they picked up off of the floor. It was awful. And embarrassing because I sent it to my daughter at her place of business, hoping that she would be able to proudly display a gorgeous arrangement of flowers for all of her customers to see. Instead, she felt the need to take them to her back storage room because she was embarrassed by them. IWhen I tried to get in touch with the florist, I was sent into an automated system and never actually got to speak to a human being. I was texted by someone, however. And I did ask for a partial refund offering to pay for the delivery. And they refunded the full amount. Which I am very grateful for. H

10/10 will definitely be shopping with Royal Petals again! Not only were the bouquets beautiful, but they were extremely affordable compared to other businesses I considered. I was worried that my bouquet wouldn't be delivered as it just so happened to be one of the rare Atlanta snow days, but they arrived on time and in great condition!

Teneka of Royal Petal Atlanta did an absolutely amazing job creating my natural hot pink rose floral centerpiece for a recent birthday celebration. The arrangement was stunning! Truly the talk of the event and added the perfect finishing touch to the overall décor. I can’t thank Teneka enough for her incredible attention to detail and for flawlessly executing everything I asked for. She even went above and beyond by giving me helpful instructions on how to preserve the flowers overnight, ensuring it remained fresh and vibrant for the celebration the following day.. I highly recommend Royal Petal Atlanta to anyone looking to exquisite floral designs that elevate any occasion. I’ll definitely be using Teneka’s services again in the future!
